Amendments to the Town Code that have been enacted since the last update to the Town Code are shown as a Supplement to the Code. Thus, when viewing a specific item in the Town Code, please check the Supplement section to determine if the specific item has been amended.
To find a specific item in the Code, it is suggested that you use the word search capability. You can do this by inserting the word(s) you are looking for in the box at the top of the Municipal Code page and clicking on the "Search" button. The Code also has advanced search capabilities.

As an alternative: You may request that a rich text file (rtf) of the current Amended and Restated Town Code of Ordinances, that can be read and printed by all word processing programs, be sent to you by e-mail. This file is up to date, with all amendments, supplements and additions to the Town Code included in their appropriate section(s) of the Town Code.
